If you wish to start a return please follow the below advice - 

Ensure the product has no water damage, we do not accept water-damaged Salin Plus machines. The solution to this issue can be found in our FAQ section 

If your machine has suddenly stopped working, it may be an issue with the adaptor, please email us on sales@salinplus.co.uk and we can arrange for a new adaptor to be sent out. When you receive the adaptor if this does not solve the issue please return your machine with the attached returns docket  to the following address

Once we have received your machine our quality control team will investigate the machine and we will contact to advise on the outcome and solution.

With UK delivery, orders have to go through customs clearance which can take a couple of days. in order to speed up this process, we need the following information or the order will be refused
